Tech

Tech at Mt Cook School on Monday afternoons is continuing and students are moving through the 5 classes - woodwork, sewing, cooking, electronics and movie-making. Here are a few pics from last week.

Robin and the Sherwood Hoodies

We will be starting auditions in Term 3, Week 1. If you are interested in having an acting part, please read the audition scene list below and print out a copy of the scenes your preferred roles are in.
You don't need to memorise the lines, as we will probably try you in several different roles. Just be familiar with the scenes so you know what the lines mean and how you should say them.

Remember: not everyone will get a speaking role! We will pick the people that we think are the best suited to each role. Be prepared for disappointment!

There aren't many tasks as you should be focusing on working on your Science Fair.

Minecraft Medieval Roleplays

Last week all three classes got a chance to do a medieval roleplay in the Minecraft village they had built. Students were all allocated roles, e.g. peasant, baker, guard. They then had to work together to find food and make weapons so that they could survive the attackers that came at night. Although there were quite a few casualties a great time was had by all.

Fr Josh's sermon got mixed reviews.
