Hi everyone, here is the latest and hopefully final version of the script. It's possible that there might be more changes, but nothing major.
Production Script version 12
It would be great if you could memorise your lines during the holidays because we'll need to start practicing as soon as we get back to school. The production is in Week 7.
Remember everyone will be in at least one of the Yr 7&8 dances as well. We'll also need a few people to do some backstage jobs, and we'll sort that out next term.
Have a great holiday.

Uninvited Guests!!!
His heart was pounding. He was sure he had seen the doorknob turn. Maybe we didn’t see the doorknob turn. His parents always told him he had an overactive imagination. But this time he was right. The doorknob turned ever so slowly and the door opened a crack. He dove under the covers, not wanting to see what came through the door. The sound that came next was deafening. It was like a gunshot. But it couldn’t be, there was no one in the room. But how did he know that? He was still under the covers, too frightened to come back up. Heart pounding, he pulled back the covers to see what was coming through the door. What came through the door was indescribable. It really was indescribable because there was nothing there.

Kowhaiwhai Patterns
We created some awesome kowhaiwhai patterns to tie in to Maths, Art and Te Reo Maori. All of the patterns had to include rotation, reflection or translation.

What we didn't see today
Today was a very important day for science, when Venus and earth were lined up with the sun making us see the dot off Venus floating over the sun. But this day like many others was ruined by the weather, and unless you live to be over 100 years old you will never see what you did not see today again.
