Welcome back to Term 2! We've got lots on this term including the start of our Electives and Nairnville sport programmes. Our main topics this term will be Science Fair, Galapagos Islands: Adaptation & Evolution, and Keeping Ourselves Safe.

Term 2 Reading Challenges

Books can count in more than one challenge. Try to complete as many as you can!

10 Book Challenge: Read 10 books in one term.
20 Book Challenge: Read 20 books in one term.
Animal Title Challenge: Read a book that includes an animal name in the title.
Series Challenge: Read 3 books from a series.
Football Challenge: Read a book that that includes football in a significant way.
Book/Movie Challenge: Read a book that has been made into a movie (or is about to be).
Family Challenge: Read a book recommended by a family member.
Fantasy World Challenge: Read a book set in a fantasy world.
True Story Challenge: Read a book based on a true story.

Return of the Yr 9s!

Today we had lots of Yr 9 visitors since St Pat's had parent interviews today.
It was great to see how much everyone is enjoying college. Here's a pic of our Yr 9 vs Yr 7&8 dodgeball game.

The Year 7&8s eventually won, possibly because the Year 9s were slightly outnumbered.
