Here are the tasks for this week - Term 4, Week 5.
It will be a busy week:
1. Make sure you are ready to deliver your speech any day this week.
2. Be ready to do your persuasive writing on Tuesday - make sure you have already decided your topic and thought of several reasons to back up your point of view. The ideas we talked about at school that you might want to do are banning fireworks sales, banning sugar from school lunches, colleges requiring students to buy certain types of laptops, whether sports people should get knighthoods for doing their jobs.
3. Be ready to write a creative story on Wednesday - think of an idea with an intro, a problem and a resolution.
4. You have 2 weeks to complete 6 of the book week activities. These don't all need to be about the same book, but could be if you want.
